Will Healey

Will Healey is a Nebraska native, originally from Gothenburg. In 2017, he relocated to Lincoln to continue his education, earning a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Nebraska College of Law in 2025.
During law school, Will worked in the Housing Justice Clinic, where he gained firsthand experience assisting clients with housing and landlord–tenant matters. The experience reaffirmed his desire to become a litigator and strengthened his commitment to client advocacy.

Will joined Horgan Law Firm as a clerk in the spring of 2025 before becoming a full-time associate in the fall. His practice focuses primarily on civil litigation, representing both individuals and entities in a wide range of disputes. He has handled matters in both state and federal courts, gaining valuable experience with complex litigation issues. Will’s work spans a variety of civil matters, with a particular focus on real estate and property disputes, contractual issues, and personal injury cases.

Outside of work, Will enjoys cheering on the Nebraska Cornhuskers, the Los Angeles Dodgers, and the Pittsburgh Steelers, spending time with his dog, Bones, and learning to play the guitar. He also enjoys exploring Omaha’s parks, restaurants, and local events.
