A partner at the firm, Tom helps individuals and entities in all facets of civil litigation including family law, personal injury, insurance defense, coverage disputes, real estate, NIL, criminal defense, and estate planning matters. He practices at all levels of state and federal courts with a highly-diversified portfolio of clients. After attending Villanova University for his bachelor’s degree, he attended Creighton University School of Law to obtain his Juris Doctor degree. He practiced in New York for several years before moving back to his hometown of Omaha, Nebraska.
Tom is a licensed athlete agent in the State of Nebraska. His primary goal is to represent student athletes throughout the Name, Image, and Likeness (“NIL”) contract initiation, procurement, and negotiations in this new and complex area of law.
Julie is an Associate with the firm and grew up in Blair, Nebraska. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Creighton University after receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska. After serving as an attorney for the State of Nebraska, she transitioned to commercial insurance matters including insurance defense, coverage disputes, and risk management. Her practice areas include civil litigation, estate planning, family law, and corporate transactions.

Tom has had a long career as a general practitioner in Iowa and Nebraska. Raised in Orange County, California, he graduated from the University of California Irvine in 1977 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. He then attended Loyola Law School and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1979. Tom has been licensed in the State of Iowa since 1980 and in the State of Nebraska since 2003. With more than forty years of trial experience, he has had extensive knowledge in the fields of family law, criminal law, trusts and estates, probate, real estate, and general litigation.
